Build a printed report
Arrange a game's analysis on paper, pick the report date, and print it or save it as a PDF.
Included with a Monthly Pass
The Report Builder comes with a Monthly Pass for the game's state. It is not available during a free preview, or with a Day or Weekly Pass. See plans.
Open the builder
On a draw-game page, for example Ohio Powerball, choose Build Report in the quick actions. Each game has its own builder and its own saved layouts.
Start from a layout
Under My layouts, choose Open on a saved layout, or start from a starter template: Quick Review for a short summary, or Detailed Research for one component per page. A starter doesn't use a layout slot until you choose Save layout and give it a name.
To reuse a layout from another game, choose Copy from another game. The builder lists anything the new game can't print before it saves a copy. Your original layout doesn't change.
Choose the report date
Latest available uses the newest report. Historical date lets you pick an earlier report. Use Previous available and Next available to step between dates that have a report. For games with midday and evening drawings, choose the Draw slot too.
The report date stays the same while you edit. Choose Refresh report to pick up a newer one.
Arrange the page
Choose a component under Add component, then Add component. Select a component to set its exact position and size in pixels, or use the arrow keys: arrows move it 1 px, Alt with an arrow resizes it, and Shift moves in 8 px steps. Tick Snap dragging to 8 px to align components when you drag. Use Add page, Copy page and Move component to spread a long report across pages, and Undo if you change your mind.
Changes save on their own; the save status reads Saved when they're stored. If it reports an error or Save conflict, choose Retry save or Save as copy. Your edits stay in this browser until a save goes through.
Preview and print
Choose Print Preview. If a component is too small for its content, the preview names it and printing stays blocked until you resize it, split the rows across pages, or choose fewer numbers. Then choose Print / Save as PDF, set the scale to 100%, and turn off the browser's own headers and footers. To keep a file, pick Save as PDF as the printer.
Limits, paper sizes and what each page prints are listed in Report Builder reference.
